Defects: tell us within 2 months after you find them. Transport damage or wrong item: within 48 hours. Return costs are ours

Yes. Every frame is physically checked for cracks, dents, repaint signs and structural damage before we build it. We don't build bikes we wouldn't ride ourselves.

No problem. Message us on WhatsApp or send us an email and we'll work out the options. We can swap parts, source specific components or adjust the build to fit your riding style and budget.

Yes, viewing and pickup is possible in the Netherlands. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a time.

The bike is partially disassembled and securely packed for shipping. Build time is 1-2 weeks. After that, standard EU delivery takes 3-10 working days. You get a track and trace link as soon as it ships. Basic reassembly is required on arrival: handlebar, pedals and front wheel.

Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to return a complete bike or frameset, no reason needed. Send it back unridden and undamaged and you get a full refund. Return shipping is at your expense. Custom builds are made to order and cannot be returned. Full details in our return policy.

If it's showing in the shop, it's available. Each bike is one unit only, and the first completed payment gets it. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm before ordering if you want to be sure.
