      • Every bike is correctly assembled and tuned at the time of delivery
      • New components carry the manufacturer's factory warranty
      • Second-hand parts are sold as-is no warranty on future wear or lifespan
      • Hidden defects must be reported within 2 months of delivery
      • Excluded: crash damage, wear parts, and modifications by third parties
      • Every bike is fully inspected before leaving our workshop
      • Checked against manufacturer torque specs and setup standards
      • Where applicable, additional checks are done by specialist partners Mark Your Ride or The MTB Repair Shop
      • Securely packaged and shipped anywhere in the EU
      • Build time: 1–3 weeks depending on parts availability
      • Standard EU delivery after build completion (3–7 working days)
      • Track & trace link sent as soon as your order ships
      • Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos
      • Each bike is available in one unit only
      • First come, first served — assigned to the first completed payment
